Intermediate I

This  Intermediate I class is suitable for students of Iyengar Yoga that have some previous experience and will focus on building upon the asanas (poses) learned in Foundations.  

The syllabus will include a variety of foundational and Intermediate I poses. Inversions will be taught in most classes, with variations to include all students.
